About the Organization

HRD Gateway was formed to address the needs in human resources development. We use a networking approach to bring together HRD professionals and provide development services at all levels. We define HRD professionals as all those who can contribute positively to their workplace and the communities in which they live.

Mission

HRD Gateway serves to establish a global network to bridge the digital divide, to support economy development, to enable lifelong learning, and to raise the work and life styles of the global communities.

We do this by organizing, supporting, and directly operating education, training, information dissemination, and research programs for local businesses, corporations, government agencies, organizations, and individuals. We also partner strategically with all those whose activities match our program goals.

In support of our mission, we use an innovative approach to motivate people with talents and hearts to be part of the organization. We work to develop local expertise with ultimate professionalism and quality services.
